Here you can post your .HTML and .KLA files (so pretty much flash files) so long as they're appropriate, and have a play button before they start (like in the beginning of your video, before it starts, you must press play unless it's a silent loop.) And please keep it appropriate, and don't post your stuff in someone elses stuff.

If you want to submit your flash to Chads-web.com (SWF files only) then create a topic called
Submission- [my flash movies name] by [my name]

Only submit your own animations.

as an example, I'm putting up the video "Brochures."

Yes, I did origionally say .SWF files allowed too, but after trying to put up Brochures.SWF I found that you can't download it. Yes, you apparently have to download it. I'm not sure how .KLA fles will be, so if you try to post .kla, and it doesn't work, then just PM me about it and I guess you'll have to post .HTML.
